White Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

All you need for this frosting is just two ingredients, but trust me, it’s so delicious you would think a whole lot went into making this.

Serving: frosts a single layer cake

Prep Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups white chocolate chips

2 cups butter

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan over the medium heat melt butter and chocolate, stirring constantly.

2. Remove from heat as soon as they have melted. Chill in the refrigerator until solid.

3. Once solid, remove and allow to go down to room temperature, use a mixture to beat until fluffy.
